You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition, with tags still attached, and not washed.

• Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email at faynarstore@gmail.com or reach out to us on Instagram. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether it’s sending you a replacement or processing a refund.

2. Conditions for Returns

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and not washed.

You will need to cover the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

3. Non-Refundable Orders

International Orders (outside Europe):

Please note that orders shipped outside of Europe are not eligible for refunds. We recommend checking your order carefully before completing your purchase.
